Jak pewne niektórzy zauważyli, pojawił się muzyczny profil LUTA EUROPE (myspace.com/lutaeurope). Ta strona powstała, byście mogli wreszcie posłuchać starych, nowych, a także nigdzie nie publikowanych jeszcze nagrań. Jest też początkiem moich i Pioniera prób przebicia się z Polskim Reggae poza nasz kraj. W przyszłości planujemy wydanie płyty całkowicie po Angielsku (oczywiście to nie oznacza, że zrezygnuję z nagrywania po Polsku!), ciekaw jestem waszych opinii na ten temat!

A poza tym - prace nad solówką dla Prosto trwają! zmienił się nieco skład gości na płycie, prócz Rahima, Fokusa, Mroza i EWR, swój udział przybili Wilku i Bilon z Hemp Gru (pozdrawiam całą ekipę, wielki szacunek!) pojawi się też Blasku, reprezentant Fatum Crew z Wrocławia i Bob One.

My People!

As some of u might have already noticed, I&I have set up a new music profile: LUTA EUROPE (myspace.com/lutaeurope). The site has been officially launched now, so all of u can finally listen to I known, new and yet unreleased tunes. It also marks the beginning of I&I efforts to promote Polish Reggae and Dancehall music outside of I country. In the future Pionear and I plan to release English material - which of course doesn’t mean that I will ever stop recording in Polish!!! We would apprecilove ur opinions about this venture as it gets bigger and gains momentum!

I would also like to share with u, that the works on I Polish solo album (for the Prosto Label) are in full swing! A release date is yet to be announced, but for sure I will let u know about it, as soon as it’s set!

21 Января 2009 года, представители немецкого дансхол лейбла ДЖАРМЕЙКА (GERMAICA), во главе с основателем лейбла Пионером (Pionear) и его коллегой селектором Фло (Selector Flo) из саундсистемы Аплифтмент Интернешенл (Upliftment International), выступят на юбилейной вечеринке Rockers All Star, в московском клубе Пропаганда. Там же, под их руководством, среди российских исполнителей, выступающих в стиле реггей и дансхол, пройдёт финальная битва за право участия в записи нового проекта от ДЖАРМЕЙКА ДИЖИТАЛ (GERMAICA DIGITAL)! Цель проекта - собрать наиболее интересных артистов, читающих и поющих на славянских языках, в рамках записи нового ридима под названием “Slavski Messer Banzani”. Победитель финальной битвы, будет представлять российскую сцену в записи вместе с лучшими артистами из Польши, Чехии и других славянских государств.

On January 21st GERMAICA mastermind PIONEAR together with Selector FLO of UPLIFTMENT INT’L play their Russia debut at Moscow’s KLUB PROPAGANDA - celebrating the 1 year anniversary of the regular “Rockers All Star” of Moskwa’s original sound LIKEDAT. At the same time there will also be held a contest that will determine which Russian Artiste will be part of a “Slavski” riddim release on the GERMAICA DIGITAL imprint later this year… The winner will accompany representatives from other Slavic countries like Poland and ex-Yugoslavia… Russian Artistes willing to participate, please send mp3 demo until Jan. 15th to the following e-mail adress:

As leader of Norway’s Hip Hop group TUNGTVANN his lyrics and style set the trend for Norwegian Rap in the native Viking tongue. YT - UKs finest - doesn’t need to be introduced too tuff since his live appearances everywhere in Europe speak for themselves, the GERMAICA crew saw his wicked performance at the Polish BIELAWA REGGAE & DUB FESTIVAL last August and was amazed, since this bredrin represents it both the ‘riginal Jamaican flavour as well as his British roots and we rate that! Currently YT is recording his second album working with leading UK Reggae producer CURTIS LYNCH Jr. and J.D. aka DREADIE among others. This promises to be an album which will continue where “Straight Outta Britain” - his 2006 debut - left off. LIQUID – Germany’s tuffest voice. U can’t kill LIQUID! Native son of Germany’s “Steel City” Salzgitter he was one half of the underground Hardcore duo BACKYARD CREW and this way responsible for tunes way ahead of the time and of course due to their explicit content cause for a lot of controversy right at the turn of the millenium in their home country. A year ago he re-started voicing for PIONEAR and launched his solo career. Now contrary to the Patois he used before to perform LIQUID is rapping in his native German tongue. SODOM & GOMORRAH – the mad man duo hailing from another “Steel City” but of course this time Austria’s own Linz… Chatting in their native dialect called “Linza Slang” makes them sound so authentic. Describing their style as a crossover of Dancehall and Hardcore Rap they don’t know no political correctness. JACK UNTAWEGA and BUM BUM KUNST just do their thing and don’t care about nuttn. Als der neunte GERMAICA-Geburtstag im September kurzfristig vom “Westwerk” in den “Klub Frühauf” verlegt wurde, wußte die UPLIFTMENT INT’L Cru nicht, was sie erwartet. Würde ein Klub in dem noch nie gespielt wurde, mit nur 3 Tagen Vorlauf für die Werbung, von den Leuten angenommen werden? Der Abend war dann, nichtzuletzt wegen der ersten Deutschlandshow des polnischen Artistes LUTA, dermaßen nach dem Geschmack aller Beteiligten, daß man sich sofort entschloss dort eine zweite Party in Angriff zu nehmen…

Am 3. Oktober ist es so weit: Zeit um zum nächsten “FLY HIGH!”, dem Vol.1.9 abzuheben! Wieder haben sich internationale Gäste angesagt, nach dem Osten gehen wir dieses Mal in den hohen Norden und begrüßen mit den RAGGABALDER RIDDIM REBELS das hochkarätigste Soundsystem Norwegens in Leipzig. JODDSKI und JAN STEEZY bildeten für neun Jahre gemeinsam mit DJ POPPA LARS das Trio TUNGTVANN. Sie waren die erste ernstzunehmende Hip Hop Cru ihres Heimatlandes und für fast ein Jahrzehnt auch die erfolgreichste. Mit 4 Alben incl. Goldauszeichnungen, setzten sie den Trend für die nachfolgende Genaration nordischer Rapper. Schon bei TUNGTVANN waren sehr starke Dancehalleinflüsse zu spüren, die sie ab 2001 mit RAGGABALDER, ihrem eigenen Sound zur Vollendung führten. GERMAICA ist den Osloern bereits seit über 4 Jahren eng verbunden, sind sie doch für die Bookings von UPLIFTMENT INT’L in Norwegen verantwortlich…

Aller Voraussicht nach , wird es einen Abend voller guter Musik und mit viel Alkohol geben, denn die durchzechten Nächte in den Klubs Oslos, sind immer wieder ein gern gewähltes Gesprächsthema innerhalb der UPLIFTMENT Cru. Mal sehen, wer am Feiertag wen unter das Selectorpult säuft?
