Germaica Digital presents a label compilation with thematical recordings from it’s 20 years of label history. 15 songs about all aspects of whatever you call it, weed, marihuana, herb, ganja.

The line up boasts everything that made the label the European frontrunner when it comes to Dancehall and Reggae music, top class Jamaican Artistes like Vybz Kartel, Ward 21, Bugle ft. Shaggy or Mr. Vegas meet some of Europe’s finest like Ras Luta from Poland or Andalusian crooner Shabu.

To round it up the already released advance single “Tu mi dai” sees the label’s studio band The Germaicans team up with Italian Godfathers of Dancehall Reggae Sud Sound System. Enjoy this truly green compilation!

“Balkan Dancehall” takin’ over” was the slogan, the prediction and the promise we made one year ago, when the original “Yu Go! Riddim” album was released. Today, 7 singles, 5 videos, +40 official  and about 60 nonofficial cuts later EMIR “YOUTHMAN” KOBILICs debut Riddim turned into a kind of “Sleng Teng Riddim” of the new millenium and made it’s way once around the world.

We choose Artistes from 3 continents and 10 countries for the “Yu Go! World Wide Riddim” album including 4 performers from the motherland of Dancehall Jamaica: The already single released GENERAL DEGREE and HAWKEYE long time label affiliates WARD 21 and comedian SANI SHOWBIZZ.

Furthermore we feature one artiste each from our sub-divisions GERMAICA AUSTRIA (THAI STYLEE), GERMAICA IBERIA (ZURI), GERMAICA JAPAN (ARARE), GERMAICA LATINA (DADDY BANTON), GERMAICA POLSKA (SZTOSS) and the GERMAICA VIKINGZ (JODDSKI & SIRKUS ELIASSEN). The line up is completed by BABY QUINN from Barbados, SOUL J & NECHI NECH from Israel and DUKE NOBLE & LORD FOWLER who’s origin unfortunately has to be kept secret for security reasons…

Here we go with the second of 4 more singles on the UPLIFTMENT INT’L/DREADSQUAD produced QUESTION? RIDDIM. Everybody – especially in Poland – remembers DR. RING DINGs 2011 smash hit POLISH VODKA and its video which was shot in Warsaw… Like for Hawkey the QUESTION? RIDDIM fits perfectly for “The one & only real German Dancehall veteran”. And it fits that much that he voiced a self-counteraction to POLISH VODKA!

BOMBOKLAATÓWKA was “invented” as an imaginary drink at the incredible release party for the QUESTION? RIDDIM at “Dancehall Masak-Rah” – the best Dance in Eastern Europe. When PIONEAR premiering POLISH VODKA telling the people to get some “Żubrówka”, “Wyborowa”, “Wisniówka”,  Cytrnówka and … get some “Bloodklaatówka”… A verbal forward turned into the idea by MALIK from SINGLE DREAD SOUND (Węgorzewo/Mazury) to do a song… And here we go with the recipe for the drink that “make your brain melt”. Of course with the trade mark ironic lyrics of RYSIEK but not missing the advise of THE DOCTOR to not exaggerate the drinking. This one is destined to be a next hit for DR. RING DING. And maybe not only in Polska like the one before…
